As we tuned into these Elementals and spent years planning, digging and planting, we realized that what we had been given was stewardship of a very sacred space. It also became clear that we were to share this special place with others. SEVA DEVA opened soon thereafter.

SEVA DEVA means Service Divine. It's with this intention that we share with you this peaceful, loving and safe environment to nurture wholeness.

I recently used Seva Deva Retreat Center for a day of meditation with two other people. We all agreed that the success of the day was largely due to the setting of Seva Deva. The several rooms indoors were spacious, clean and charmingly decorated. My favorite place, however, was the unusual garden laid out on several tiers. There was a profusion of flowerings plants and trees; and birdsong and gentle chimes were to be heard throughout the day. Unexpected paths lead to private areas to sit and meditate or contemplate or simply to enjoy the natural beauty. I especially enjoyed the original art work to be found in the most surprising places. Everywhere I looked my eyes fell on some object of delight or whimsy.

I look forward to spending time there again; and I heartily recommend Seva Deva Center for anyone seeking a tranquil and physically beautiful setting for meditation, or other forms of spiritual renewal.
